By creating an account or using the Wavever application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Service.

2.Standard Apple EULA

Wavever utilizes the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement. By using the iOS application, you also agree to the terms provided by Apple: Apple Standard EULA.

3.Description of Service

Wavever is an AI-powered platform designed to provide objective analysis of conflicts and feedback on communication patterns. The "Verdicts" generated are based on behavioral AI algorithms and probabilistic outcomes.

4.Not Legal or Professional Advice

Wavever is for informational and educational purposes only. It is NOT a substitute for legal advice, psychological counseling, or professional mediation. The "Judge" is an artificial intelligence, not a human authority. Do not use Wavever to make critical life, legal, or safety decisions.

5.Subscription & Payments

Certain features of Wavever require a paid subscription managed through RevenueCat and handled via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Billing: Payments are charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellations: You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device settings at any time.

6.User Conduct & Content

You are responsible for all content you submit to the Service. You agree not to use the Service for illegal harassment, threatening behavior, or to impersonate others with malicious intent. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

7.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wavever and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service, including decisions made based on AI-generated verdicts.
