How can I make a return?

We accept returns for lighting products that are unused, in their original condition, and with the original packaging. Returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for the return address. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items.

Once we receive your return, we aim to process it within 24 hours. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us via email or through our contact page.

We will notify you once your refund has been processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note, depending on your payment provider, this may take up to 30 days to reflect in your account.
