Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Wavever, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting products. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process, with certain conditions.

Returns:

We accept returns for lighting products that are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. You can return your items within 14 days from the delivery date. To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at hwoodscustoms@gmail.com for the return address. Please note, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Important: We can only offer a refund if the product has a quality issue or if the package is lost during transportation. We do not support refunds for other reasons.

Once we receive the returned product, we will process the return within 24 hours. After the return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us to start the process. As with returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. The item you wish to exchange for must be available and in stock. If there is a price difference between your original item and the replacement, we will notify you of any additional charges or refunds due.

What if my order arrived with a fault?

If you believe there is a fault with your item upon delivery, please inform our customer service team on the date of delivery via the Contact Page or Email: hwoodscustoms@gmail.com  with your order number, full name and detailed photos of the damage. Please include any details in writing that may help us resolve the issue. 

Problems with delivery

Wavever is liable for missing parcels that have been sent to an incorrect address or have been requested to be left in an unsecure location. Please contact us via email: hwoodscustoms@gmail.com to report any missing order. It is important to leave extra time to account for transit delays. Please note: We cannot refund or send a replacement until 20 working days after the date of despatch (allow 25 working days for international items). Once this period has expired, we will replace the missing order. 

 

LOCAL CUSTOMS DUTY/TAX FEES

Please note we are not liable for any additional import or custom fees incurred with your order. If you are unsure please visit your local government’s website for details on customs and taxes if your country is not listed below. 

UK - No customs fee 

United States - No customs fee

Canada - No customs fee
